Nestled just north of Bend in scenic Tumalo, The Bite is a vibrant food cart pod that feels like a backyard BBQ with a local twist. Every Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, we bring the aloha to the NWX Saturday Market—a lively summer gathering in Bend’s Northwest Crossing neighborhood. Fresh produce, handmade goods, local eats, and colorful vibes make it the perfect spot to scoop up some shave ice and soak in community energy.
